Saltfish and klippfisk · Pieces / cuts
Gadus morhua
This is one of our own articles and one of the most completely documented products in our range: piece size, net weight, storage temperature range, total shelf life and guaranteed remaining shelf life at delivery are all fixed values rather than "on request". It removes the desalting step — the water, the time and the tank space — from the buyer's own kitchen or plant.
