Nigeria
Nigeria is one of the largest markets in the world for Norwegian stockfish, and it buys a different part of the fish than Italy does. Heads, cuts and lower classes carry real commercial value here, and the buying language is its own. Documentation and import-permit timing matter as much as the grade.
