ASC Chain of Custody
Handling and processing of ASC-certified farmed seafood with segregation and traceability.
What this certification is
ASC Chain of Custody applies the same segregation and traceability requirements to farmed seafood certified under the Aquaculture Stewardship Council standard, following the product from certified source through to invoice.
What it does not cover
As with MSC, this is a chain-of-custody certification, not a blanket product claim. Salmon or trout is ASC only when the raw material was purchased as ASC certified and the finished lot is invoiced with the certificate code. Request ASC at order stage.
Certificate and renewal documentation is issued by our quality department on request.
